Payment of Fees

HA Levy

The annual Hockey Australia Levy must be paid at the time of online registration. The levy will only be charged once per year so if you have multiple registrations during the year, only the initial registration each year will incur the levy.

Senior Outdoor

Senior Playing Fees can be paid by the following methods:

If fees for the season have not been set, by payment of a registration fee of $50 at the time of registration (in addition to the HA Levy) by credit card with invoice to be provided for the relevant fee Add On to be paid via credit card.
Once fees for the season have been set, in full by credit card at the time of online registration.
Payment of club fees by 6 x 2 week instalments to be set up at time of registration and automatically deducted from credit card.

The balance of the fees owing for outdoor is to be paid by 31 May.

If fees are paid after 31 May and no arrangements have been made with the Committee for late payment, a $50 late payment penalty may apply. If you paid a $50 registration fee, that will be forfeited to the Club as the late payment fee and the full fees must be paid.

Due to changes by Revsport in relation to fee arrangements, payment by direct debit will no longer be available.

Casual Senior Outdoor Players

A $52.65 registration fee is payable immediately on registration plus $37.35 per game played. Payment of both the registration fee and game fees must be made by credit card

PLEASE NOTE: MANAGERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Casual fees are capped at the relevant team fee amount so once total fees paid have reached that amount, no further games fees are payable.

Junior Outdoor

Junior Playing Fees must be paid in full by credit card at the time of online registration.

Payment of Junior Playing fees can also be paid by 6 x 2 week instalments to be set up at time of registration and automatically deducted from credit card.

Discounts

Family discounts may be available for families with 3 or more registered players.

Players also coaching a team may be entitled to a 20% reduction in their playing fees.

Payment plans

Players may apply for their fees to be paid in instalments.

All financial agreements or arrangements will be subject to Committee approval in writing.

*After registration, casual playing fees are $37.35 per game. Casual players will be invoiced for games played at the end of the season. For more than 16 games per season, usual season fees will apply.

** Juniors playing seniors fees are discounted and for Wests juniors, the fees cover both senior and junior competition fees.
