Congratulations to all our grand final teams and good luck for the weekend!

Unfortunately CL2 and SL1 couldn't repeat their premiership-winning performances from last year and didn't make it through, with both teams losing their games last weekend in shoot outs.  We were in a re-building year with both teams and are very proud of the boys making it through to the preliminary finals.  Looking forward to see what they can achieve next season!

Thankfully SL4 got through with an economical 1-nil win and the SL3 ladies seem to relish the pressure of a shootout, keeping Central scoreless for the entire game to book their grand-final spot.

Interestingly we have the same number of senior teams playing grand finals as we did last year so grand final weekend will be huge again!  The midweekers and the SL3 ladies are making a grand final appearance for the second year in a row, hoping to better the result from last season.   We also have the bookends - CL1 and SL4 - who have made it through to the season decider with the pressure of having been the top teams throughout the season.  It should be a cracking day!

Both our U18 boys teams are through to the GF with strong wins in the semi's and our U11's teams have finished a great season with the girls sharing the top spot in the U11/2's competition and the boys unlucky to make the GF with a 1-nil loss to Central in the semi-final.

So head on down to the Hockey Centre to "cheer cheer the red and the white!"

Friday night

6.00pm - U18/2 Boys v Central on the Powell

7.15pm - U18/1 Wests/Dara Boys v Vikings on the Carter

8.30pm - Midweekers v Belconnen on the Carter

Saturday

10.00am - Womens SL3 v St Pats on the Watt

11.45am - Mens SL4 v Queanbeyan on the Powell

3.45pm - Mens CL1 v Goulburn on the Carter
